1. The promotion ("2 x €5 Free Bets") begins on 15.11.2021 at 00:00 (CET) and ends on 31.12.2025 at 23:59 (CET) (the "Promotional Period").
2. By taking part in this promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions, our General Terms and Conditions, our General Terms and Conditions for Promotions and our General Terms and Conditions for Free Bets.
3. In order to take part in this promotion, an eligible player (as defined below) must make an eligible deposit (as defined below).
4. An eligible player must:
   • be over 18 years old
   • be resident in Germany
   • have successfully completed their registration at ladbrokes.de within the promotional period
5. The eligible deposit must fulfil the following requirements:

   • It must be at least €10

Mechanics

6. When an eligible player registers as a new customer during the promotional period at ladbrokes.de and makes an initial deposit of at least €10 into their account (= "eligible deposit"), 2 x €5 Free Bets will be immediately credited to their account.
7. The Free Bet will be valid for a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) after being credited to an account and may be used for any type of sport on our website.



General Terms and Conditions for Free Bets

8. Free Bets will be awarded as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
9. In order to claim the Free Bet, you need to log on to your account.
10. You will find the Free Bet above the bet slip.
11. The Free Bet can only be used for sports bets at www.ladbrokes.de .
12. The Free Bet will be available for a limited period only and players must use their Free Bet within three (3) days of it being credited.
13. If a player places a bet using their Free Bet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the Free Bet will be credited to the player’s account. Further information on Free Bets can be found in our Free Bet Terms and Conditions.
14. If you have more than one Free Bet, the Free Bets will be activated one after the other.



General

15. Where we suspect that a winner is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to exclude them from this promotion and/or close their user account and/or suspend the promotion until the matter is fully investigated.
16. The company reserves the right to exclude any player from this promotion if they do not match the requirements for being an eligible player and the right to end this promotion at any given point without previous notice.
17. The company reserves the right to modify the contents of these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time. Players are under an obligation to regularly inform themselves of the current Terms and Conditions.
18. The company reserves the right to terminate this promotion anytime and without previous notice.
19. Only one account is permitted per customer. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to refuse participation in the promotion in one or more of the following circumstances:
    • Accounts with the same IP address
    • Accounts which belong to the same family and/or household
    • Accounts which have common contact details or identifiers (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, bank/credit card numbers or other payment methods)
    • Different accounts that belong to the same person
    • Violation of one or more of our Bonus Terms and Conditions
    • Evidence of fraudulent collusion between customers when placing bets
